Prayer is just the spirit praying to THE HOLY SPIRIT. The body, your words, thoughts just need to get out of the way. The deep calls unto the deep. So all u need to do is just get the body out of the way. Your spirit knows how to communicate with God because THE HOLY SPIRIT is interlinked with our spirit. Dont worry about what to say in prayer the spirit knows how to pray and what to say. So it is GOD speaking to Himself basically. God cannot communicate with our body. He speaks to himself. Those who worship God MUST worship HIM in spirit and truth. The body cannot worship HIM. So don't worry about how to pray (sequence,order,what words to say) the spirit knows how to pray.

Psalm: 119. 105. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
This verse shows us a unique partnership between man and God. I have the feet and have a path so I walk, what I don't have are eyes. So I cannot see, meaning I have no idea where I am going nor where the correct path is because I have no eyes just feet. However the lamp represents God's eyes. So God has the eyes and He sees the path but I have the feet and I have to do the walking on this earth. So the only way to walk on the right path is by collaborating with God, trusting what He sees. I cannot see where Im going since I have no eyes in this world. I have no idea where I am going God has the eyes he sees where I am going and where I am supposed to go. It then becomes imperative for me to hear God's word like a compass is to a man in the wilderness. Hence I walk by trusting His word, and not the darkness I am looking at. For we walk by faith and not by sight. 2nd Corinthians 5:7.
