Prayer is just the spirit praying to THE HOLY SPIRIT. The body, your words, thoughts just need to get out of the way. The deep calls unto the deep. So all u need to do is just get the body out of the way. Your spirit knows how to communicate with God because THE HOLY SPIRIT is interlinked with our spirit. Dont worry about what to say in prayer the spirit knows how to pray and what to say. So it is GOD speaking to Himself basically. God cannot communicate with our body. He speaks to himself. Those who worship God MUST worship HIM in spirit and truth. The body cannot worship HIM. So don't worry about how to pray (sequence,order,what words to say) the spirit knows how to pray.
